Develop and maintain a Procurement Area roadmap for data analytics and data management priorities (e.g., market intelligence, price indices, cost inflation, and elimination of duplications and manual work).
Lead the development and implementation of solutions for prioritized roadmap topics in collaboration with the Procurement Area teams.
Establish and maintain high data quality through regular validations, root-cause, sustainable fixes, and improved data collection; ensure data freshness and trustworthiness of internal databases with Procurement Area and IT teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for data requirements, access, and quality; translate needs into proof-of-concepts and scalable solutions; advise stakeholders and the team.
Develop, standardize, and maintain centralized Procurement tools and dashboards for market intelligence, spend and inflation tracking, risk, and sustainability.
Identify, scope, and deliver digitalization and innovation projects using new technologies such GenAI and Agents solutions; define charters, scope, deliverables, and benefits; foster a digital mindset and innovation within Crop Science Procurement.
Build and engage a digital community; educate on digital tools and Artificial intelligence creating multipliers for digital advocacy within Crop Science Procurement.
Research and benchmark best-in-class procurement innovative solutions.
Structure data and enable data-driven decision-making with forward-looking analytics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Document findings and present results to the team and stakeholders; support the Program Manager and Category Managers in strategic projects providing data and generating valuable insights for them
WHO YOU ARE
Education
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
