You are one of the UX core team of Bosch Global Business Services and you will be working with international team from Germany, Romania, Hungary, United states, Brazil, China, India, Vietnam and more. The goal is to provide a five start user experience for customer by enabling service mindset and successful projects.
JOB Description:
· Experience and Expertise in UX Design
A strong background in user experience design, including a deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully leading UX projects and teams.
· Management, especially strategic Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in various scenarios, e.g. guiding UX designers in remoted areas, like in India, VN and etc
Experience in setting strategic direction, prioritizing initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams.
· Communication and Collaboration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey UX strategies and concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong collaboration skills to work with product managers, developers, and other departments to align UX efforts with business goals.
· Cultural and Regional Understanding
Knowledge of the specific region’s market, user behaviors, and cultural nuances.
Ability to adapt UX strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of users in the region.
· Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
Proficiency in using data and user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex UX challenges and continuously improve the user journey.
Requirement:

- Working practice:
Thinking analytically, working strategically and conceptually
- Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of UX projects, service design and User-centered-design methods
- Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle various stakeholders. Identify, guide onsite colleagues for UX related needs. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Joy of working with customer teams. Ability to visualize your outcomes and present it clearly.
- Education:
Master(preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, or User experience design, or service design, or Information Design, or Digital Media Design, or Graphic Design, or Psychology, or similar areas.
- Qualifications:
Excellent English skills in written and speaking.
