1. Finish new process setup task, ensure process stability and quality satisfy requirement, finish new process handover to production department;
完成新产品的调试工作,过程稳定性以及质量达到要求,同时完成新工艺对生产的移交;
2.Analyse the root cause of the daily grinding process problem and take action to solve the problem in time to ensure the production;
对于每天发生的磨削工艺技术问题,分析原因及时解决确保生产顺利进行;
3.Weekly monthly analysis the production data to find the root cause of scrap, efficiency, down time, cost, defined the action and carry out;
每周,每月对于废弃,效率,停机,成本等和技术相关的TOP问题的根本原因进行分析制定措施并实施;
4.Analysis the root cause of customer complaint defined the action and carry out;
分析顾客抱怨产生的根本原因,制定及实施措施;
5.Monthly statistics the machine cycle time and analysis the difference defined the action and carry out the action.
每月统计分析设备的生产节拍,针对差异分析措施并实施
6.According to product need ,choose new specification grinding wheel and design new tooling ,and order in time to satisfy product need;
根据产品的生产需要,选择新规格的砂轮及设计新的工装,并及时订购,满足生产需要;
7.Test new supplier and new specification of grinding wheel, make the relative analysis, to make the use of grinding wheel variety;
测试新供应商以及新结合剂的砂轮,并分析得出工艺试验结果,达到砂轮可用的多样性;
8.Create on site WI and update in time,train operators to work with right way
创建现场工作指导书,并及时更新,培训操作员按照正确的方式工作;
9.Manage on site grinding line program and parameters, make change evaluation and record ;
管理现场的磨削程序以及参数,做好变更论证以及记录;
10.Continue to improve grinding process ,to reduce cycle time ,increase product efficiency ,meanwhile reduce product cost;
通过不断改进磨削工艺,降低生产节拍,提高生产效率,同时降低生产成本;
11.Work with maintenance department to solve machine problem ;
与维修部门一起解决设备问题;

任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Fluent oral and written English.
3.Minimum 3 years work experience
4.Familiar with the working processes in production companies, especially in the automotive industry
5.Basic knowledge on IATF, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 related to production, maintenance and process. And conduct according to management system
6.Energetic, Logical, Self-starter, Good team player, Quick learner, Can work under pressure.
