Job Description: Responsibility: - Lead and guidance of the project team and overall project and ensure project targets. The project targets are agreed with the steering team and the project sponsor and documented in the Project Charter - The Project Management Plan is based on the Project Charter and does incorporate findings from Lessons Learned and Best Practices of former projects (where applicable) - Execution of the agreed project management plan with the project team and further required resources - Following the principles of basic project management guidelines in accordance with the project needs Scope of Work: 1. Management of the project according to FLOW and lead of the project team. 2. Lead of weekly project team meeting to control the key indicators to ensure the project targets. - Continuous tracing and modification of the project milestone plan - Continuous tracking and status report for requirements management - monthly assessment of the project risks and implementation of suitable measures - monthly tracking and adjustment of project budget - monthly tracking of product costs and implementation of suitable measures to ensure the targets 3. Preparation of the 2-weekly steering committee meeting 4. Participation in the project reviews of sub projects 5. Experience: Experience leading automotive projects, preferably eAxle or powertrain. Skilled in project planning, risk management, and target-cost tracking.
