1. Handle Month close activities independently including month and month TB analysis. 2. Cash Management (E-advice, bank statement, funding transfer, user administration in HSBCnet) 3. Fixed Asset (addition, disposal, deprecation checking, FA clearing checking, adjustment, run Reports). 4. Balance Sheet substantiation – Detailed analysis and timely resolution of open items 5. Issue VAT invoices. 6. Cadency – co-ordination with Cadency team, respective account owners and In-country for timely signoff 7. Set up / Management of Servco Finance Control processes with setting up control environment, deployment of submission and reporting processes. 8. Performing bank reconciliation 9. Demonstrate ability to resolve complex issues and provide accounting solutions. 10. Initiate and then implement high-impact quality projects leading to operational efficiency and higher productivity. 11. Continuous review of processes with the objective of improving the service delivery timeframes and identify areas of improvement. 12. Other Ad hoc. 1. Academic knowledge on Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline 2. Accounting certificates are preferred 3. 5 year experience in financial/accounting area 4. Experience with EPR System and familiar with Finance functions 5. Good analytical and problem solving skills 6. Strong spreadsheet/word skills 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills 8.
