Responsibilities:
Member of global service team
2nd level ticket processing in our global Teamcenter / NX environment
ART (Agile Release Train) support in the development environment of the respective Teamcenter systems
Documentation of tickets in our global helpdesk system
Analysis of Demands/Bugs in Teamcenter / NX
Creation of bugs in case of errors in Teamcenter / NX
Detection and root-cause analysis in the event of repeated errors
Creation of KB articles in a global Knowledge base system
Workflow monitoring (monitoring of ongoing workflows and proactive actions in case of problems)
Dispatcher Monitoring (monitoring of dispatcher translations and proactive action in the event of problems)
Structuring of requirements from demands and tickets
Local support of employees in Teamcenter / NX area
Requirements:
At least Five years MNC related experience
Teamcenter Engineering - expert Level
NX Engineering - expert Level
BOM Management in Teamcenter - advanced Level
