Manage and support/maintain IT cloud infrastructure systems and services. Responsibilities: 1. Overall responsibility for the planning, deployment, security, operation, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. 2. Lead business process automation development and system integration based on the Power Platform. 3. Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD/AD) and SSO; utilize PowerShell and Azure DevOps for automated operations and CI/CD. 4. Maintain system-level cloud infrastructure security. 5. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Requirements: 1. Core Experience: 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft environments (M365/Azure/AD); proficient in Power Platform automation development. 2. Technical Ability: In-depth knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS services and security/compliance policies; proficient in PowerShell scripting. 3. Comprehensive Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to provide support for VIPs; capable of knowledge documentation and sharing. 4. Good people and communication skills (English, Chinese).
