职责描述： 1.Responsible for blueberry supply chain management, including supplier contract management,purchase price negotiation and daily supplier management. developing local farms in the global suppliers; signing procurement agreements and maintaining the supplier database; cooperating with more suppliers for billing and optimizing costs and payment methods. 2.Implementing the strategy of categories, pushing optimization of product purchase price and contract terms. Develop weekly purchasing plans, optimize inventory turnover, negotiate prices, and control shrinkage to ≤10%. Optimize product costs and procurement levels on a monthly basis, optimizing and controlling the gross profit margin and product. 3.Quality and compliance management, on-site sampling of fruit and vegetable freshness, rejection of rotten/spoiled goods, and working with the QA department to develop acceptance standards for fruits. 4.Respond to market and customer needs, formulate fruit and vegetable purchasing strategies based on the market, and develop customized fruit and vegetable products and packaging suitable for hotels and supermarkets. 任职要求： 1.More than 5 years of fresh produce purchasing experience, Afica and South America resources preferred 2.Proficient in English and Arabic speaking is a priority. 3.Data analysis skills (Excel/Tableau), proficiency in system usage (SAP/Oracle/UFIDA/Kingdee, etc.) 4.Commercial driving license, familiar with the customs clearance process at south asia and Jebel Ali Port in Dubai. 5.Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and without record of bad integrity.
