职位描述 1、完成项目组组建，统筹管理项目交付的全生命周期，实现履约并维系客户良好关系； 2、制定项目计划、成本、变更管理规范和要求并落地执行，管理项目交付中的关键任务并定期跟踪，推动项目交付如期进行； 3、项目风险管理，识别项目里程碑节点的风险，组织项目组输出风险预案； 4、项目质量管理，对项目交付质量负责，保证系统的功能、性能、数量等满足合同要求，并符合属地国家行业标准； 5、围绕项目高效沟通，建立项目沟通机制，针对里程碑节点以及项目问题组织专项会议； 6、组织项目现场采购，实施，测试及验收工作。 1. Establish a project communication mechanism around the efficient communication of the project, and organize special meetings for milestone nodes and project problems; 6.Organize project procurement, implementation, testing and acceptance. 职位要求 1、具有项目管理相关工作经验，具备物流自动化相关经验优先； 2、结果导向，围绕目标达成，有强烈的主动性和责任心; 3、具有搞定问题能力，对于项目风险能够快速判断分析并给出解决方案; 4、具备横向协同和统筹能力，善于横向沟通并能够能驾驭项目资源; 5、具备一定的客情能力，有很强的客户满意度意识，善于对客户的目标和情绪管理； 6、具备英语语言沟通能力，有PMP证书优先。 1.
