岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：
1、针对现有量产品进行供应商维护及开发；针对国内外新项目初期供应商开发，包括报价，打样评估支持。Supplier maintenance and development for current production; Supplier development for domestic new project, including quotations, samples support.
2、根据年度降本的目标,负责量产材料的年度议价降价,持续降低采购成本。Based on yearly cost down target, be responsible for current production materials annual negotiation and bargaining, continuous reduction for procurement costs.
3、协助处理和协调供应链、品质部门与供应商之间的问题。Assist in handling and coordinating issues among supply chain, quality and suppliers.
4、支持本地开发项目的供应商和材料的开发，包含项目初期技术及价格评估，中期样品跟进以及后期量产追踪。Local project support for suppliers and materials development, including initial technology assessments, mid term sample follow up and production tracking.
5、支持国际项目的开发中对应负责材料的开发。Support for development of cooresponding materials in global project development.
6、年度改善目标达成。Finish yearly KAIZEN target.
7、及时完成供应商季度评价。Finish suppliers quarterly evaluation.
8、新项目初期报价的评估支持。Support for new project initial quotation.

任职资格 Qualifications：
1、本科及以上学历，理工科优先 Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering
2、至少3年以上采购经验 At least 3 years of purchasing experience
3、英语可作为工作语言直接参与国际会议，熟练使用Office工具的应用 Good written and oral English, proficient in the application of Office tools
4、具备电子和结构材料的知识以及现代生产管理流程知识 Possess knowledge of electronic and structural materials as well as modern production management processes
5、对应供应商和项目变化的灵活转换 Flexible conversion in response to changes in suppliers and projects
