Main responsibility:
1. Manage the production efficiency of all CRs，ensure cutting speed meets or exceeds the goals.
2. Control all CRs’ contamination，ensure contamination rate meets or lower than the goals.
3. Manage the quality of all CRs，ensure the plants they produced with high mf，low abnormal.
4. Manage all CRs，ensure correctly follow all work procedures for production-related activities.
5. Skilled in using excel for relevant production data analysis.
6. Ensure staff follow company and lab specific regulations.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in a plant tissue culture lab
3. Minimum 5 years of supervising experience
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office
5. Skilled in spoken and written English
