3. 优化充放电和评估协议，以评估电化学性能
4. 探索和改进电极、电解质和隔膜的测试程序
5. 执行电化学电池拆解，并对电池材料和组件进行故障分析
6. 可视化和分析数据，准备包含可操作建议的综合报告，以支持电池添加剂研发
7. 与研究团队紧密合作，推动有前景的方案达到生产准备状态
资格
1. 拥有电池化学、电化学、材料化学、材料物理或相关学科的博士学位
2. 至少1年可充电电池研究或储能材料研发经验
3. 熟练掌握电化学测试技术（如CV、EIS、LSV、GITT），并具备独立研发能力
4. 具备中英文沟通能力
5. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，善于数据分析和统计
6. 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力
7. 具有强烈的责任感、诚信和结果导向的心态
8. 愿意从专利和文献中学习新概念，并提出创造性想法
9. 具有电池和无机材料开发背景，以及熟悉晶体结构分析技术（如XRD）者优先
10. 具有有机材料开发经验者优先
11. 需要经常前往中国大陆出差
