Position: Middle School Math Teacher Reports to: Head of Department Job Description: Plan lessons and teach students according to the curriculum standards; Assess students' learning using valid and reliable measures; Proactively manage the classroom with positive discipline to facilitate and ensure an environment for learning; Build positive relationships with students by connecting with them as a person; Maintain positive relationships with parents and participate in conferences; Support students who face obstacles to learning; Enrich the curriculum for strong students as necessary; Contribute to curriculum review and development within the department; Create components of the curriculum as necessary; Help to organize and participate in curriculum-related school events; Teach an elective class, lead a student club or offer a tutorial during the co-curricular class blocks; Support student learning by collaborating with others to support focused programs (e.g., library, EAL, Learning Support, Psychological counselling, etc.); Support student learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school; Promote cross-cultural understanding by all members of the school community; Occasionally cover classes for absent colleagues; Participate in school-wide, divisional and departmental meetings; Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the head of department, division directors or principals. 职位：初中数学教师 汇报对象：学科组长 岗位职责： 1. 根据课程标准制定课程计划并进行教学； 2. 使用有效可靠的评估方式评估学生的学习情况； 3. 积极采用正向管理方法，营造有利于学习的课堂氛围； 4. 通过与学生建立链接，构建积极的师生关系； 5. 与家长保持良好关系并参与家长会； 6. 支持面临学习障碍的学生，帮助他们克服困难； 7. 为学有余力的学生提供适当的课程拓展； 8.参与学科课程的审查与开发工作； 9.必要时编写课程相关内容； 10. 协助组织并参与与课程相关的学校活动； 11. 在课外活动课时教授选修课、领导学生社团或提供辅导课程； 12. 通过与图书馆、英语辅助学习（EAL）、学习支持、心理辅导等相关部门合作，支持学生的学习； 13. 与其他教师及学校部门合作，共同促进学生的学习； 14. 促进学校社区成员间的跨文化理解； 15. 在同事缺勤时偶尔代课； 16. 参加学校范围内、学部及学科的各类会议； 17. 完成学科负责人、学部主任或校长合理交办的其他任务。
