职位描述
岗位职责 Job Description:
1. 收集客户管理的业务需求,将业务需求转化为有效的工具或系统 / Collect business needs for customer management, translate business needs into appropriate tools and systems;
2. 报告、分析并以数据驱动,为所有与零售业务相关的话题向导购监管政策和内部规则提供输入 / Report, analyze and provide data-driven inputs to supervision policy and internal reporting regulations for all retail business related topics;
3. 持续提升零售数据验证方法论、模型和想法,并在相关零售系统搭建提前干预模块防患于未然 / Keep improving on sell through data verification mechanisms, modules and methods, then develop early warning functions into relevant sell through systems to prevent problems in the *** place;
4. 开展培训系统/工具/平台的使用指导培训 / Execute usage trainings for training system/tool/platform;
5. 从行业变化中识别销售机会并提议流程和系统改进计划/ Identify sales opportunities from changing industry and propose process
