Job Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end lead-to-deal process for overseas rollout business, including lead acquisition, nurturing, meetings, contract signing, customer success, and upselling.
• Conduct LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and other outbound strategies to drive international lead generation.
• Create English business presentations, lead formal meetings, and communicate professionally via email and virtual platforms.• Leverage all available channels (e.g., cold calls, online platforms, events, referrals) to acquire qualified leads for the sales team.
• Support sales-related processes including contract facilitation, Microsoft incentive programs, and CRM data management.
• Act as a sales operations resource to run reports and support CRM system usage.
Requirements:
• Regularly follow up with domestic and oversea leads to assess interest level and qualify potential opportunities.
• Explore and utilize various inbound and outbound channels (e.g., website SEO, WeChat, cold calls, list purchases, marketing events) to improve lead acquisition and nurturing in the China domestic and oversea market.
• Communicate with leads using qualified ERP and CRM product and industry knowledge, acting as an expert to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English for business scenarios.
• Self-driven with the ability to complete assigned work independently and efficiently.
