职责描述:
• Ensures that quality rules and methods are deployed and followed during the development process (INPRO, INCHANGE/ IATF16949)
• Ensures achievement of quality targets
• Verifies that project deliverables respect the process and comply with INPRO and best practices
• Rejects deliverable in case of major non-conformity, pushes the project to the project steering committee and ultimately can stop the project in case of high risk identified.
• Ensures reliability, safety, compliance to norms and regulations of product/system and to ergonomic rules
• He/she have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk.
• Consciously accept safety training, actively participate in safety activities and comply with safety regulations;
• Report unsafe status and behaviors in time, and actively participate in safety improvement.
• Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Develop teamwork on a collaborative mode and works in synergy with all project team members to achieve project objectives
• Coordinates quality activities and insists on quality focus participating in particular to DFMEA and PFMEA, supervising and releasing relevant Key Product/Process Characteristics (KPC) / Key Control Characteristics (KCC) on all released drawings
• Defines and supports the establishment of project quality file according to internal and external requirements
• Interfaces with customers (Customer Representative) and suppliers on quality problems and quality improvement activities using structured corrective and preventative action methods
• Proposes, defines and monitors quality road map to meet quality targets, and initiates action plans when the metrics do not meet the objectives
• Coordinates and/or performs internal/external pre-production process audits on project
• Analyses prototype quality and recommends corrective actions in case of deviation
• Identifies and warns on quality risks and deviations on project
• Facilitate Corrective Action Activities (8D, for example)
• Coaches and guides project team members on the utilization of quality tools and methods
• Complies and administers customer and supplier PPAP documentation
• Interfaces with customer concerning all aspects of APQP (InPro) including PPAP preparation and submission
• Represents project quality during engineering change approval process (INCHANGE) during project development phase
• Participates to design reviews and project reviews
• Assists plant quality team(s) during ramp up phase
• Manages prototypes, pre-series and production control plan (incl. containment measurements and reporting and regulations related issues)
• Participates in identification of project risks and implements action plans
• Records quality project history file and shares experience within POAI
• To ensure that Customer Special Requirements be addressed. This includes selection of special characteristics, setting quality objectives and related training, corrective and preventive actions, product design and development, customer quality scorecard and customer portals access if applicable.
• In charge of the conformity to product requirement and have the authority to stop shipment and stop production

Personal Background
• B.S. degree
• Minimum 2 years with Quality Engineering in a Manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma Certified, Green belt or Black belt or ASQ Certification preferred
Job Technical skills
• Structured problem solving with demonstrated experience in 8D or similar methods
• Knowledge of quality system design and implementation
• Knowledge of IATF requirements
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards – Customer Specific Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate complex issues to all levels, to management, operators and customers
