Vehicle E/E System consist of different hardware, software and function clusters which have to be simultaneously developed by cross functional teams in order to realize a highly integrated and connected product. At BMW, those clusters are being verified and tested by a team which is responsible for Onboard and Offboard verification and respective integration of the complete E/E vehicle system. The position is located at the research and development center in Beijing. As an expert, you are responsible to coordinate and analyse the technical testing activities as well as deeply analyse the functional defects incl. root causes. In doing so, you have to follow-up the bug-fix processes with the corresponding solution confirmation. You are also collaborating with other BMW and Joint Venture entity analysis centers and experts. Additionally, to improve the skills of the local team, you have to structure the coaching needs and give necessary trainings.
