Responsibility

Lead Service Technical Support team to make quotation , responsible for URS, make bidding document in order to offer right solution to sales.
Lead monthly Mod business meeting with different CoC to do deep analysis for lost order and cancel order to constantly develop Mod business as product .
Involve in NE machine upgrading process and develop standard function upgrading product based on installation base .
As key role involve in MRS .
带领售后技术支持团队进行改造报价，负责URS，编制投标文件，以向售后销售提供合适的解决方案。
每月与不同工厂召开改造业务会议，对流失的订单和取消的订单进行深入分析，以持续发展改造业务。
参与新设备机器升级过程，并基于安装基础开发标准的升级产品。
作为关键角色参与MRS。

Qualification requirement

Good knowhow of equipment.
Basic understanding of aseptic filling regulations.
Willingness to lead a team.
Strong ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English.
对设备有良好的了解。
对无菌灌装法规有基本了解。
愿意带领团队。
抗压能力强。
英语流利。
