岗位职责： * Optimize existing process method based on issues from production; * 基于生产中出现的问题，优化现有工艺方法； * Develop new process according to requirement of new product or customer; * 根据新产品要求或客户要求，开发新的工艺； * nalyze and optimize process; * 分析优化工艺; * Summary kinds of processes ,make process rule book ; * 总结各类工艺方法，形成指导文件; * Processing project topics and other tasks assigned by supervisor; * 处理项目的相关议题一级主管分配的其他工作任务； 任职要求： * Bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical and electromagnetics engineering； * 电气、机械、电磁、力学相关专业本科学历（或同等学历）； * Ability to communicate in English; * 能用英语沟通； * MS-Office, wide-spread technical basic knowledge; * MS-Office,通用技能基础知识；
