What a typical day looks like:
61 新产品报价的工程分析。Engineering analysis for new product quotation.
61 设计产品制造过程，包括作业指导书、夹具、工具、材料、检验和确认、包装、过程控制方法等。Design product manufacturing process, including WI, fixture, tool, material, inspection and verification，package, process control method etc.
61 管理产品工程变更。Manage product engineering changes.
61 负责制造工艺改进以消除缺陷和客户投诉。Be responsible for Manufacturing Process Improvements to eliminate defects and customer complaints.
61 持续改进产品质量和生产效率。Continuously improve on product quality and production efficiency.
61 通过提供有效的纠正和预防措施，支持质量部门进行8D 报告, 分析和解决质量问题和客户投诉。Support QA for 8D reporting by providing effective corrective and preventive actions, analyze and resolve the quality issues and customer complaints by creative solutions.
61 建立和执行生产工艺流程，以达到***的生产效率。Establish and deploy the manufacturing process flow to achieve the best production efficiency.
61 培养和提高工艺技术员的能力。Develop and improve the capability of process technician.
61 上级安排的其他工作。Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisor.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 大学专科或以上学历College degree or above
61 3 年以上工艺工程经验，EMS 行业优先。At least 3 years Process Engineering experience, preferably in EMS industry.。
61 具备电路板组装或者机械组装的相关工作经验，包含焊膏印刷、回流焊、波峰焊、涂层、BGA 返修、组装等工艺。Experience on PCBA or box build process, include solder paste printing, Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, coating, BGA rework, Assembly etc.
61 接受过质量体系以及先进的质量工具和技术的培训。Be trained on quality systems as well as advanced quality tools and techniques.
61 善于学习并使用新技术和工具，用于制程改良，数据分析和报告技能。Be good at learning new technology and tools used for process improvement, data analysis and reporting skills.
61 英文达到工作沟通水平Workable English skills.
