External / Internal Job Description • Ensure Scrum and defined processes are understood and lived • Moderation whenever needed (e.g., planning, retrospectives, review ...) , to make sure the expected outcomes are achieved • Coach the Scrum Team towards effective and efficient development of our product • Care for process definition, roll-out, execution and improvement • Promote good practices • Support the team regarding impediment removal • Act towards the organization to seamlessly integrate Scrum into the overall product development process • Support and coach junior scrum masters Minimum Qualifications Essential: • Proven track record in leading agile teams as Scrum Master • Relevant Agile certification, e.g., Certified SCRUM Master • Motivation to build up an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. • Experience on software development as developer • English language skills • Self-initiated, well-structured approach to problem analysis and problem solving • Team player with strong communication skills • Experiences in coaching and training people (also cross-functional) • Can-do attitude, self-driven and self-motivated • Tools: o Jira o Confluence Preferred: • Experience on SAFe, Kanban, Lean, etc • Knowledge and experience on ASPICE or CMMI • Expertise on certain areas (e.g., retro, DSU, requirement analysis, design, etc) • Product Owner experience • Education in Electrical engineering, Computer science • C /Java/Web Technologies, Linux • Knowledge and experience about ATE business • Experience with western culture
