职位描述
Duties:
一、Auditing
1、Maintain audit rigour and integrity to meet internal and external accreditation requirements.
2、Perform audits and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal client service.
3、Review new applicants’ quality plans in accordance with the relevant Intertek SAI Global Product Compliance Program document, technical schedules and product standards.
4、Undertake where necessary, product sample selection and perform test witnessing.
5、Conduct both Product Certification audits as required.
6、Ensure all audit documentation is accurate, complete and submitted for review within the required timeframe.
二、Technical
1、Evaluate products and test reports against requirements of the appropriate standard and legislative requirements.
2、Provide pre-sales support to Sales through technical input as appropriate.
3、Provide support for and technical review of audit durations and audit planning.
4、Liaise with technical and certification specialists as required for specific guidance
5、Develop skills and undertake training to maintain currency in relation to:
o relevant product matters
o quality assurance matters
o relevant legislation and regulation
o product standards and certification methods
三、 Other tasks
1、Promote Intertek SAI Global, including Product Certification services to potential and existing clients.
2、Conduct monthly calendar reviews with the Operations Manager to plan and manage resource utilisation, audit durations, sample plans, travel, fatigue, client management, training, leave and team meetings.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
1、University degree or equivalent qualifications related to the building /construction or Plumbing industry
2、Qualified as a Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems is preferred.
3、CNCA Qualified to work as an auditor in China.
4、Basic English speaking skills.
