职位描述
岗位职责:
- Participate in development and responsible for implementation of supplier strategy as per assigned material field(s), part family(ies) and/or similarity class(es);
- 对于每个负责的物料组或类似物料分类,参与开发供应商策略并负责执行供应商策略;
- Contact person for all commercial topics from and towards assigned suppliers (e.g. negotiation, sourcing, project awarding, cost structure analysis etc.);
- 对于供应商所有商务活动的联系人。(包括年度价格谈判,供应商定点,项目授予,成本结构分析等);
- Responsible for sourcing activities such as new project/part RFQ, localization, 2nd source etc.; sourcing meeting preparation: TCO/COQ preparation;
- 负责新项目/新零件的报价,国产化第二供应商的开发等的供应商定点工作;定点会议的准备;TCO/COQ的准备;
- Responsible for accurate business plan, current forecast plan and monitoring and implement;
- 负责相对应物料组的精确的年度商业计划,季度商业计划, 并跟踪和执行;
- Responsible for contract terms negotiation, contract drafting, contracting and maintenance, follow up contract terms’ implementation;
- 负责合同条款的谈判,合同的起草,签署和维护,并且跟踪合同条款的执行;
- Prepare and Conduct price negotiations and responsibility for price planning and price development tracking;
- 准备和执行价格谈判并对价格的计划和价格的变化进行跟踪;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
- 上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or commercial business;
- 本科以上学历,机械、工程或商科专业;
- min. 2 years’ experience as commercial/technical buyer in the industry;
- 最少2年制造业商务或技术采购的工作经验;
- Supplier commercial negotiation skill;
- 供应商商务谈技能;
