职位描述
岗位职责:
1、探索、开发所在国家或临近区域的新业务、新项目、新投资机会,并将相关业务信息共享至业务集团,制定业务规划,推动业务发展。
2、搜集各国的经贸政策、行业资讯、市场信息,推动各业务集团开展拉丁美洲业务。
3、筹建当地平台公司,统筹协调当地职能保障体系的搭建,协同境外专业机构,协助国际业务人才招聘等。
1. Explore and cultivate new business ventures, projects, and investment opportunities within the country or neighboring regions. Share pertinent business intelligence with the corporate group, devise strategic business plans, and drive forward business expansion.
2. Gather economic and trade policies, industry insights, and market data from diverse countries to facilitate Latin American business activities for various corporate entities.
3. Establish a local platform company, oversee the establishment of a robust local support system, collaborate with international professional organizations, and aid in the recruitment of global business talents.
任职要求:
1、5年以上大型商贸企业墨西哥业务开发及管理经验,有大宗商品贸易经验者优先。
2、在当地商贸领域具有良好人脉和商业关系,渠道资源丰富,对业务各个环节的运作具有扎实的经验。
3、有较好的业务开拓能力和管理能力,能适应不同管理文化和市场文化。
4、精通西班牙语,有常驻拉丁美洲经验,熟悉当地经贸政策、行业资讯、市场信息,可适应长期外派。
1. Possess over 5 years of business development and management experience in Chile, Peru or neighboring countries within the realm of large commercial enterprises, with a preference for commodity trading experience.
2. Boast strong connections and business relations within the local business community, abundant channel resources, and substantial expertise in all facets of operational management.
3. Demonstrate exceptional aptitude for business development and management, capable of adapting to diverse management and market cultures.
4. Fluent in Spanish with residency experience in Latin America; well-versed in local economic and trade policies, industry information, and market dynamics; able to accommodate frequent international travel and long-term assignments.
