Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Regular operation:
61 Execute P2P for the assigned purchasing requirements.
o Include conducting RFI(Information), RFP(Proposal), RFQ(Quotation), contract processes and support good receipt by users, payment by Finance.
61 Vendor relationship management and performance improvement through annual performance review and ad hoc projects review for assigned categories.
61 Carry out data analysis to share the strategic insights to achieve productivity by deep diving spend data, benchmarking industrial best practice and monitoring user behaviors etc.
61 KPI and result driven. Identification opportunities on cost savings, cost avoidance, build up should-cost model, etc. for assigned categories. Continuously improve compliance and quality of service.
61 Execute necessary training for internal stakeholders and suppliers in terms of procurement policies, process, etc.
61 Ensure adherence to the Procurement Policy and SOPs.
Projects involvement and initiatives:
61 Support to standardize and streamline the procurement process and work flow.
61 Participates sourcing and procurement related projects.
61 Management of ad hoc projects as assigned from supervisor.
Other Tasks as assigned related to APAC or Global procurement tasks or projects.
Requirements needed
Education and experience
61 Bachelor’s degree and above 5 years’ experience of sourcing/purchasing/procurement.
61 Familiar with supplier qualification system and vendor performance management process.
61 Familiar with MKT
