- Develop and execute JD activation strategy, aligning with overall business objectives
n Participate in big IP activations in JD platform based on sales calendar
n Create full year activation calendar and make self-own co-branding activations
n Lead the translation and execution of brand marketing strategy
- Drive wearer to grow through CRM program
n Full year and monthly CRM plan
n Continuously analyze wearer performance and user experience to improve conversion rates
n Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and implement strategies to enhance the online customer journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
n Build external partnership with JD platform to improve activation performance in JD
n Build internal partnership with marketing, data, and other cross-function team
- Budget control in overall customer
n Full year budget plan of BME in different sub-channel
n Budget tracking of all kinds of budget kind
n Keep efficient budget allocation and performance against business target
- In charge of brand visual convey and brand image control in JD platform
- Responsible for the offtake generated through media buy.
n Participate in annual media strategy in JD start with shopper and category insight.
n Monitor and analyze the ROI performance
n Manage the spending phasing tight with offtake/NTS.
- Responsible for the ISV management and selection.
n Setting up annual goal
n Optimize way of working
n Quarterly agency performance review
- Utilize the data tool in JD to support the wearer growth.
