岗位职责:
1.
定期收集汇总更新区域预测信息,规范预测途径及预测产生的相关准备工作;
2.
对区域预测分析,识别重大预测偏差风险,考核预测准确率;
3.
汇总销售需求并及时提交备货流程,督促备货进度;
4.
销售订单下达、梳理、交付跟踪、交付异常反馈等,具备订单交付前瞻性、识别订单交付风险;
5.
核对海外及总部库存品类及数量、管理调配库存、规避呆滞
Job description:
1. Systematically gather, synthesize, and
update regional forecast data while standardizing forecasting procedures and
preparatory tasks.
2. Conduct in-depth analyses of regional
forecasts to identify significant deviation risks and evaluate forecast
accuracy.
3. Aggregate sales demand information,
initiate replenishment processes promptly, and monitor replenishment
progress.
4. Process sales orders, organize
deliveries, track delivery status, provide feedback on anomalies, proactively
identify potential risks, and ensure timely fulfillment.
5. Verify inventory categories and
quantities at overseas branches and headquarters, manage inventory levels
effectively, allocate resources as needed, and prevent stock obsolescence.
任职要求:
1.
沟通能力强,有责任心,具备较强的跨部门协调能力;
2.
英语CET-6及以上,英语可作为工作语言;了解国际贸易及供应链知识
3.
国际贸易、商务英语和市场营销专业优先考虑;本科及以上学历;3年以上工作经验;
4.
具备数据处理能力、营销管理问题洞察能力,能熟练的掌握excle、PPT等office办公软件。
Job requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, a high
sense of responsibility, and exceptional cross-departmental coordination
abilities.
2. Possesses English proficiency at the
CET-6 level or higher, with the ability to use English as a working language;
familiar with international trade and supply chain management principles.
3. Preference will be given to candidates
with a background in international trade, business English, or marketing;
requires a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of relevant
work experience.
4. Exhibits proficiency in data processing,
capable of identifying and addressing marketing management challenges, and
skilled in utilizing office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
