岗位职责：
1、编制新产品项目的生产制造规划，包括装配工艺工装、测试工装设备、检具等；Complete manufacturing concept of new product project, including assembling fixtures, equipment, test equipment and gauges;
2、根据项目进度编制生产设备计划和预算，并定期跟踪和在项目中汇报；Complete equipment plan and budget according to project, tracking and reporting regularly;
3、负责德国总部设备转移和产品转产过程中的设备沟通；Act as project leader during equipment relocation from HQ, responsible for equipment relocation during product relocation;
4、在不同的项目节点完成，完成新项目的制造成本计算，包含设备投资以及产品的加工；Complete manufacturing cost calculation, including equipment investment and product manufacturing cost, at different milestones;
5、组织新项目中的P-FMEA，更新由于CR引起的P-FMEA变更；Organize PFMEA in the new projects, and update P-FMEA caused by CR;
6、编写和更新IP/IE项目文档；Write and update the documentation for project based on IP/IE;
7、参与公司安排的其他事项。Participate in other matters arranged by company.

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、3年及以上非标自动化设计相关经验；
3、项目管理经验与自动化控制经验
4、熟练使用office软件等电脑相关应用；
5、英语读写能力熟练；
6、熟练使用三维设计软件；
7、具备团队协作能力和沟通能力。
