职位描述
Responsibility:
The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes.
Qualifications
1. Process Knowledge: Better to have the average knowledge of Specific processes including principles, policies, and country or regional specifics. If not, better to work in BPO company and have sense of client servces;
2. Leadership: Better to lead a team (less than 8 staffs) to achieve common goals, with passion for quality, and ownership in accomplishing challenging tasks
3. Project Management: Above Average knowledge of Project Management Skills;
4. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Above Average Ability to analyze errors/complex situations and implement appropriate solutions and preventive action plans for the team;
5. Interpersonal Skills: Above Average ability to build rapport and effective business collaboration/relationships with key customers and contacts;
6. Communication Skills: Above Average Level for Vietnamese in both writen and verbal; confident and able to communicate and influence people at all levels, better to have basic English skills;
7. Values: with unquestionable integrity, able to deal with highly personal, confidential information
