职位描述
Responsibility:
Mainly responsible for Workday related HR Support to Japan customers. Detailed
responsibilities as below:
1.Workday data maintenance.
2.Complicated Workday/HR operation cases handling.
3.Workday adoption project enrollment.
4.Stakeholder service management.
5.Training for Junior members.
Requirement:
1.Advanced Japanese language skill in both oral and written, business level
used for daily working language.
2.Good English language skill in both oral and written.
3.3-5 years or more HR System related work experience(Workday is preferred) or
HR SSC/Operation experience.
4.Nice to have the project management experience for system implementation
/migration.
5.Customer service mindset and good communication skills.
