职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 支持电商订单操作并在需要时提供在线售前咨询支持
Support eCommerce order-to-cash process and pre-sales online consulting
2. 负责销售合同的录入、审核、签订和存档;
Responsible for sales contract entry, review, signing and filing;
3. 负责产品货期的追踪及产品的备货确认;
Product delivery tracking and confirm product stocking in share point;
4. 负责合同中的退、换货处理;
The contract return processing ;
5.结合库存及订单情况,合理安排订单发货;
Combined with inventory and orders, reasonable arrangement of orders shipments;
6. 对销售数据进行统计及分析;
Statistics and analysis of sales data;
7. 日常相关部门工作沟通及突发事件的处理(紧急发货);
Daily relevant departments to communicate and deal with the emergency (emergency delivery)
8. 积极完成本人以及团队的KPI考核。
Commit to meet individual KPI’s, Team KPI’s.
9. 与相关部门及时沟通,保持良好的合作关系
Communicate effectively and keep good relationship with cross team.
