Mainly responsible for customer 0-km/field claim analysis
Analysis the claimed ECU from customer, find the root cause
Prepare the analysis report and provide to relevant people
New process introduce for warranty analysis
- Understand product function and circuits diagram
- Understand the product test specification
- Create warranty analysis process document and related working instruction
- Analysis equipment setup for new project
IQIS input for failure analysis information
Support customer quality engineer solve customer complain problem
Other tasks which is assigned by Quality Section Manager
Requirements
Bachelor in Electronic
3 years working experience in electronic analysis
Familiar with circuit diagram analysis,
Know very well about electronic components
Experience in cameras analyzing will be preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
