Responsibilities： 1.Responsible for ensure equipment availability, capability and reliability 2.Responsible for organization to analysis the typical fault and make preventive method 3.Responsible for make problem analysis and action plan to improve machine reliability. To establish trouble shooting document to reduce maintenance stoppage. Follow up the indicators of analysis report to minimize the machines’ break-down time. 4.Participate in reconstruction and rebuild of relative technical equipment and establishments 5.Responsible for training and qualifying to maintenance associate, and coordinate the internal and external (by OEM supplier) training 6.Responsible for organize and push the continuously improvement projects Qualifications： Necessary education: Bachelor / master degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Personal skills: Knowledge of automation
