职位描述： Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for PCR product structure design and mold profile design; 2. Responsible for organizing and planning the development of new PCR products, respect the milestones to go to mass production; 3. Responsible for design process management and improvement, simplify and standardize design process in agile way. 4. Responsible for design review including structure design, simulation, risk analysis, industrialization report, regulation, design change etc. 5. Responsible for management of technical studies, such as new structure, new material. Define and validate new techno together with material and industrialization team. 6. Responsible for market return analysis and propose improvement scenarios. 7. Responsible for the technical training and improvement of the PCR product design team; 8. Responsible for the daily management of the PCR product design team. 职位要求： Job requirements: 1. With more than 8 years of experience in mold profile design and structural design of PCR products; 2. Bachelor's degree or above; 3. Engaged in the core work of mold profile/structure design in a well-known tier 1/2 tire enterprise, fully proficient in the new product design and development process; 4. English listening, speaking, reading and writing fluency; 5. Have rich experience in team management.
