Job Responsibilities
1. Bidding Document Support
80 Create the frame of bid document as per customer`s URS
80 Prepare the commercial part of bid
80 Translation for URS or Quotation or Contract
80 Print , chop and pack the bidding document
80 Others such as bank guarantee application and pay bidding fee as well as build new vendor
2. Hotel and Ticket Booking
80 Book hotel and ticket in advance
80 Book the meeting room for SST colleagues
80 Visa application for SST or CoC colleagues
3. Documentation Management
80 Manage all the document in SST department
80 Clean up the cabinet quarterly
80 Manage the signed paper for customer archiving in CRM
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. Minimum 1 year of business experience
3. Effective oral and written communication skills. Good skill with office software.
4. Fluent English spoken, reading and writing
