Specific Accountability
61 Act as primary escalation contact for customer regarding operation issues.
61 Ensure KPI requirement to be achieved.
61 Prepare business reports as required and support KAM to join the regular operational service review meeting with customer.
61 Identify areas of improvement proactively.
61 Coordinate with all stakeowners internally to ensure sufficient resources allocated to
customer as per their forecast.
Skills Required
61 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
61 Good spoken English and Mandarin.
61 Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word
61 Diploma holder or above.
61 Minimum 4 years of experience in Control Tower function in 3PL.
Processing.
61 Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, particularly in ocean freight.
