Overview of Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Assistant HQ office and WAS campus to purchase stuffs. Ensure that the material and service requirements of the college are met in a quality, timely, efficient, effective and ethical manner.
协助集团及校区采购部门进行采购工作。确保高质量、及时、高效、有效的工作模式以满足服务需求。
2.Order place and order management.
订单及订单管理。
3.Supplier and supply chain maintenance.
供应商及供应链维护。
4.Filing and E-filing system management.
文件整合及电子文档系统管理。
5.Work with HQ procurement to further delevope and refine procurement categories, establish sourcing commonalities, and enhance purchasing efficiency across all our Mainland China schools.
配合集团采购完成进一步开发和完善采购类别名录,建立集团采购共性,提高校区采购效率。
6.Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
以保密的方式处理敏感信息。
7.Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
其他由直线经理分配的任务。
