职位描述
工作内容:
1.Assist in the daily work of the General Manager's Office, including meeting arrangements, itinerary planning, file
management, etc.
2.Assist in drafting meeting minutes, reports, and various documents.
3.Assist in handling information, documents, calls, etc., from various departments, categorize and organize them, and relay them to the relevant personnel.
4.Assist in monitoring the progress of various tasks and promptly report important information.
5.Assist in handling other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the General Manager's Office.
任职要求:
1.Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with various departments.
2.Proficient in the use of office software to handle daily office document work.
3.College Student of bachelor or master degree
4.Proficient in English for communication.
