In order to drive definition, implementation and optimization of Intralogistics, covering EDI connection with suppliers/customers, goods receipt of components, warehousing, material staging for production, finished goods dispatch in our Production-Plants of Power Tools in Asia-Pacific, we are looking for a Regional Plant Logistics Expertise. •Initiate and lead system CIP projects with AP plants for standard process implementation, and process improvements for cost efficiency or productivity improvement. •Enable plant contact windows and stakeholders for intralogistics standards, and proactively align with region process expertise and central process owners. •Support or lead value stream mapping/design (VSM, VSD, MIFA etc.) activities in AP plants •Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes and build up capability. •Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment 职位要求： •Relevant bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management (Preferably CPIM certified) •Extensive business experience in intralogistics, and supply chain overview covering physical logistic and planning; rich experience in material flow design or layout design will be a plus •Strong non-product project management skill •Middle level know-how in SAP ERP system, understand system setting logic •Self-Initiative, Analytical, Persuasive Power, Proactiveness
