职位描述
To manage the finance department’s strategy and goals and find efficient ways of working and driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the financial operations of the company;
2.In charge of financial statements and consolidated management reports;
3.Budgeting and cash flow management;
4.Tax returns and tax compliance reports including BAS for a variety of entity types; ? Liaison and management of external accounting services provided by the external accounting and taxation consultants;
5.Enhance and improve financial process and procedures;
6.Lead and mentor the in-house accounting team including offshore teams
Requirements:
1.Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
2.CPA qualified
3.10 years of demonstrated experience in Accounting/ Finance sector and 3 to 5 years’ experience a managing role
4.Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience
5.Leadership qualities and prior experience in managing a team
6.Highly motivated and have the desire to achieve more
