Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; 2. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs; 5. Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys; 6. Handles investigation and resolution of employee issue, concerns and conflicts; 7. Ensures all employment practices company with national and local regulations.
