Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding;
3. Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
4. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
5. Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys;
6. Handles investigation and resolution of employee issue, concerns and conflicts;
7. Ensures all employment practices company with national and local regulations.
Requirements:
1. 5-8 years work experiences in human resources;
2. Proficient in spoken and written English;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications;
4. Knowledge of Compensation
