外购件批量供应管理;
•Organization capability development, Leadership and Process Management
组织能力发展及流程管理工作;
任职资格：
1.Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical, automation and other engineering, at least 5 years work experience in a purchasing or supplier management position
本科及以上学历,机械、自动化等理工科专业, 5年以上采购或者供应商管理工作经验;
2.English fluent both in written and in oral, good at negotiation skill, willingness of traveling, Team management experience
流利的英语听说读写能力, 优秀的谈判能力,能够适应出差,有一定的团队管理经验;
3.Familiar with IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system and cost analysis and controlling on purchasing
熟悉IATF16949汽车行业质量管理体系；熟悉采购成本分析与控制;
4.Familiar with automotive industry supplier development process, able to develop supplier individually
熟悉汽车行业供应商开发流程，能够独立组织供应商开发;
