Description
This position is to support powertrain development in BCS.
Responsible for coordination and control of powertrain subsystem integration as part of the powertrain process chain and the E/E process chain. To ensure the charging system of Spotlight products is sufficient validated during development.
BMW is the client and specifies the EE goals (process and product). The processes are enabled and the interfaces are ensured by BMW.
Responsibilities
Management of the standardization and legislation and technical standards for charging system, charging coupler, and charging communication. (e.g. CCS and NACS etc.)
Make charging testing plan according to the development in specific to different countries.
Ensure and document testing and validation of customer charging functions.
Verifying the effectiveness of troubleshooting measures of customer charging functions as part of the I-step delivery.
Develop and further develop system and test specifications for the Loading customer function.
Carry out implementation planning through stringent targeting of the charging system network.
Responsibly to steer all necessary decisions in the charging system that are necessary to achieve the agreed goals.
Show implementation deficits, initiates measures and steer the escalation.
Ensure transparency regarding the implementation status / problem landscape in charging system.
Monitor the efficient protection and prioritize the main topics for the representation of the charging system.
Coordination of the topics for functional integration with the representatives of the FGI-A team.
Qualifications
Engineer (BSc, MSc, PhD) in “Automotive, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering”.
