Position Description:
1.Responsible for assisting superiors in formulating company's overseas marketing strategy, and responsible for the implementation, promotion, operation of the overseas marketing strategy, and responsible for team management ;
2.Based on the company's overseas sales and global layout strategy, combined with local market conditions, organize implementation and promotion to achieve sales target;
3. Have rich overseas channel and connections, be responsible for building overseas market and channel system, formulate and implement place strategies to achieve overseas market strategic goals;
4. Analyses overseas market situation, familiar with peer competition companies’ strategies and requirement, and establish the system of market data analysis and collection;
5. For decision-making and implementation plan of overseas market position strategies, organize and carry out overseas market data analysis and research;
6. Assist in overseas channel expansion and business negotiations, and be responsible for team building, management and personnel training;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and above, major in marketing management etc;
2.More than 8 years of overseas marketing experience (focusing on Japan, South Korea, Dubai, Russia, etc), and familiar with overseas customs, laws and regulations.
3.More than 5 years of director experience in warehousing and logistics industry, industrial automation device industry, AGV industry and other industries. Have a deep understanding;
4.Have strong planning capability, rich experience in overseas marketing channels development. Be able to exploit overseas markets effectively;
5. Have sensitive business and marketing sense, and have rich overseas channel resources and contacts;
6. Have good communication and cooperation skills, excellent logical thinking and language expression skills. Have excellent business negotiation and customer relationship maintenance;
7. English can be used as a working language. Accept international business trips.
