Preparing monthly payment documents for work done, ensure that the documents are submitted and approved on time.
Administering contracts in accordance with contractual provisions, assessment of variation works and settlement of final account with Clients.
Co-coordinating to ensure all relevant deadlines are achieved.
Reporting to the Project Director Assistant and any officer appointed by the Company.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties.
