Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and develop the Global Product Supply SCM Hub in accordance with the adidas management principles to support the organization’s overall leadership focus on performance and talent management, values, management, and self-management practices, including satellite Global Product Supply SCM Hubs
? Sign off cross-department/function Processes and Policies to deliver business quality and control
? Support implementation of key SCM/Product Supply initiatives, including continuous improvement initiatives
? Build the appropriate structure to be able to manage the respective organization effectively, identify and develop the future talents and create realistic succession scenarios for key positions, in close collaboration with Global Product Supply Functional Leads
? Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT-systems, data and analysis and team feedback and make appropriate changes to meet business needs
? Actively manage and coach team, setting objectives, providing feedback and supporting personal growth and development
? Manage recruitment, coaching and performance management of direct reports and Team Leaders in needed
? Support and provide appropriate challenge to the SLA definition and agreement process and drive achievement of SLAs
? Implement and deliver area KPIs

? Fluent in English, additional language is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
? 7 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries including leadership positions
