Tasks
To ensure the production line equipment running smoothly, support all maintenance in terms of mechanical operations. Provide in time technical support in emergency repairing and training to maintenance associates.
Key Responsibility
· Provide in time technical support in emergency repairing on day and shift for mechanical issues, to ensure KPI target achieved.
· Take lead for primary analysis for emergency and high frequency equipment faults, assist trouble-shooters in problem solving, provide training to maintenance associates for competence build up.
· Support production, quality and planning department for equipment change and new product introduction and implement continuously technical optimizations for equipment.
· Make equipment WIs, support document, and PM
