Summary:
Supports the Managing Director (MD) in the international day to day business in the automotive sector.
High level of IT literacy and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Good numeracy skills, an understanding of budgets and strong decision making abilities.
Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy.
Primary responsibilities:
1. Prepare correspondence, documents and presentations
2. Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
3. Manage schedules and itineraries
4. Organize meetings and events
5. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
6. Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
7. Interact with external clients and suppliers
8. Liaise with different management levels, clients external suppliers
9. Design, set up, maintain and improve data management systems
10. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
