KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Head Office Operating Model
? Organize and orchestrate the GCA SLT process and calendar, including SLT meeting governance and cadence, SLT meeting preparation/organization, actions follow-ups, etc.
? Ensure stakeholder and team awareness on the purpose, objectives, and deliverables at various GCA SLT meetings
? Set up and implement smart tools and solutions (e.g. Sharepoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, etc.) as well as consistent templates in line with GCA meeting governance, Global templates and overall best practices
MD Support and Executive Communication
? Manage preparation, consolidate/create relevant documentation, and ensure MD is well equipped for GCA SLT and Board/Global meetings
? Support MD in developing the agenda and driving preparation for Global visitors
? Support MD in driving SLT accountability and faster decision-making via meeting management and agenda setting
? Support MD in crafting executive messaging (presentations, storylines, and script development) and communicating priorities to SLT and the broader organization
? Strive for the best representation of the MD and GCA in all key Global/external interactions
? Provide ad hoc support to MD on a variety of business topics, i.e. special Global-Local projects
