Tasks
Lead and enhance the IT process build up in BBA, and drive the implementation in both IT and Business areas based on AWM / Biz DevOps model.
Define IT process control points ,standard procedure and tool.
Manage and continous improve IT process with defined guiding principle, standards and measures.
Central control IT processes by regular assesing in order to ensuer the effectiveness.
Perform as IT process consult / expert towards IT and business for daily operation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Implement IT process setup on both IT and business
Evaluate existing process and define IT target control points measures and tool,which need to be implemented into the process
Evaluate IT process on regular basis to ensure the effectiveness and to realize the continous improvement
Cooperate with business department and IT internal groups for business efficiency and value creation
Support internal IT and business daily oepraiton and proejcts as an IT expert
Identify and research all processes related standards and requiremetns, and create the implementation proposal in BBA
Qualifications
University degree in Information Science or equivalent education and working experience
ITIL process
Agile Working Method
Business Knowledge across production manufacturing area such as: production, logistics, quality management, plant maintenance, assembly, body shop, paint-shop
IT technology know how, such as basic development language, IT infrastructure knowledge
Production system know how
Presentation and group speaking skills, time management skills, team working skills
Working under high pressure
Strong customer management skills and professional working attitude
Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin
Strong communication skills and willingness in communication
Experience in ITIL 4-6 Years
Experience in Infrastructure 4-6 Years
Relevant industry experience is preferred 1-3 Years
Experience of the whole lifecycle of application system solution design, development, test, deployment and operation 1-3 Years
